Yes, a BIG LET DOWN indeed. Not her best performance.

And the media here has been going on Terry Wogan who supposedly
urged televoters not to vote for Malta. Not having seen this myself
I cannot tell if it was true. I hope it was not true.

I think PUSH technology is a step backwards instead of forward.
I don't think it will be widely utilised (I hope) when it is
found to be a waste of bandwidth.

We already had a more efficient similar system in the Internet -
usenet! But the feed worked for the server and not for all the
local clients! So it was a more efficient technology.
