KDE, the most popular graphical user interface for Linux and other Unix

variants, has been translated into Maltese, and will form part of official

Linux distributions from later on this summer. Beta versions are already

available for SuSE, Mandrake and Slackware Linux – others will be available

shortly. Also translated (and available shortly) is the Maltese translation

of KOffice, KDE’s free office suite.

KDE, like Linux, is open-source and can be freely downloaded from the website.

and other translation projects please visit
